No, the contents are randomly selected and kept a mystery until you open the box. This surprise element is what makes Mystic Crate special!

All sales are final. Because our products are mystery boxes, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged, please email support@mysticrate.com within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time, including the shipping label and the damaged item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
